China's Tesla, Will Be First Chinese Automaker With U.S. IPO  

Chinese electric-car startup Nio aims to become the first Chinese automaker to have a U.S. initial public offering, after filing for a $1.8 billion IPO.

The IPO will help the luxury-car maker compete with Tesla (TSLA). Ironically, Tesla CEO Elon Musk is exploring taking his company private.
